26.4kg and 25 1/2 inches - I took this picture on an evening’s stalk last week. We saw a lovely roe buck, but he was too good to take, especially before the rut. Yogi’s wearing one of our Red Dog Collars, traditionally made using English bridle leather; they’ll last a lifetime as long as they’re given an occasional bit of TLC. 25.6kg and still remaining at 24.5 inches - it appears he’s done growing, but continues to fill out. We had a successful early morning roe buck stalk where he behaved beautifully, walking to heel, and steady to shot. We had an exciting game of cat and mouse before bagging a lovely young roe buck. Yogi walked quietly to heel and was totally steady to the shot. I then waited a few minutes before going forward, to disassociate the shot from the fallen animal, and prevent future running in.
